Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping method. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel your original order so you can place a new one with your preferred shipping method.
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping only. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than our standard delivery estimates, and tracking information may be limited once the package enters the military postal system.
For standard shipping, the delivery procedure depends on your local postal service. In most cases, they will leave the package if it's safe to do so or leave a notice for you to collect it from a local post office.
For UPS express shipments, if you're not available to sign for your package, the courier will typically leave a notice and attempt delivery again on the next business day. After three delivery attempts, the package may be held at a local UPS facility for pickup.
We currently don't offer the option to select a specific delivery date. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend choosing express shipping and placing your order with sufficient lead time. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact our customer service team before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Standard shipping remains free regardless of how many items you order. For express shipping, the cost is based on your location and not the number of items or weight of your order. This means you can add multiple items to your order without increasing the shipping cost.
