1. Shipping Options

At Papritech, we're committed to delivering our innovative musical devices to musicians worldwide. We offer the following shipping options to ensure you receive your products in a timeframe that suits your needs:

Standard Shipping (Free)

Our standard shipping option is completely free to all destinations worldwide and is delivered via postal service.

  • Available for all orders
  • No minimum purchase required
  • Tracking provided where available
  • Delivery times vary by location

Express Shipping (UPS)

For faster delivery, we offer express shipping via UPS with additional fees based on your location.

  • Significantly faster delivery times
  • Full tracking capabilities
  • Insurance included
  • Signature required on delivery

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The following are estimated delivery timeframes after your order has been processed and shipped:

Note: These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, local postal service delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, regardless of order value. For customers who prefer faster delivery, our express shipping option via UPS is available at an additional cost.

Express shipping costs vary based on your location:

Express shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Order Tracking

We provide tracking information for all shipments where available:

  • Standard Shipping: Tracking is provided where available through the local postal service. Some countries may have limited tracking capabilities for standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Full end-to-end tracking is provided for all UPS express shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and instructions on how to track your package. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

5. International Shipping

We ship to almost every country in the world. However, there may be some restrictions based on local regulations or shipping limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

For international orders:

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees (see section 6)
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • Accurate recipient information is essential to avoid delivery delays
  • Some countries may have specific import restrictions on electronic devices

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order to ensure our products can be imported without issues.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, please be aware that:

  • Import Duties and Taxes: When ordering from Papritech for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges are determined by your country's customs authority and must be paid by you.
  • Collection Method: These charges are typically collected by the delivery company or postal service before or at the time of delivery. Papritech has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs Policies: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information on customs duties and taxes.
Important: Papritech is not responsible for any customs and import duties that may be applied to your order. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are purchasing goods that may be subject to import duties and taxes which are your responsibility.

7. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many countries as possible, there are some limitations:

  • Restricted Countries: Due to international regulations, trade restrictions, or shipping limitations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to your location.
  • P.O. Boxes: UPS Express shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. If you select express shipping, please provide a physical street address.
  • Remote Areas: Some remote or difficult-to-access areas may have extended delivery timeframes or additional surcharges for express shipping.

If you have questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

8. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that you experience issues with your delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Tracking Information: First, verify the status of your package using the tracking information provided.
  2. Delivery Delay: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us, as delays can occur due to various factors.
  3. Missing Package: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members who may have accepted the delivery.
  4. Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items before contacting our customer service team.

For any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping method. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel your original order so you can place a new one with your preferred shipping method.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping only. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than our standard delivery estimates, and tracking information may be limited once the package enters the military postal system.

For standard shipping, the delivery procedure depends on your local postal service. In most cases, they will leave the package if it's safe to do so or leave a notice for you to collect it from a local post office.

For UPS express shipments, if you're not available to sign for your package, the courier will typically leave a notice and attempt delivery again on the next business day. After three delivery attempts, the package may be held at a local UPS facility for pickup.

We currently don't offer the option to select a specific delivery date. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend choosing express shipping and placing your order with sufficient lead time. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact our customer service team before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Standard shipping remains free regardless of how many items you order. For express shipping, the cost is based on your location and not the number of items or weight of your order. This means you can add multiple items to your order without increasing the shipping cost.
